Q: What other cookies you sell?
A: Currently, we have Almond Double Choc Chip and Almond London. We will add more cookies to the list, gradually.
Q: Why are you giving away free samples?
A: Not many cookies sellers willing to give away free samples. As a part of our promotion program, we distribute free samples. Our "Free Bottle" promo period has ended, but we still continue giving out few samples to everyone. Just SMS Your name & Adress to 016-2758186. We will send out or courier the samples to you, free of charge
Q: How to order?
A: You may place order directly to our agent (if any). If there are none, just call 016-2758186. You can also be our agent at your place
Q: How long do we have to wait to get the order?
A: It depends on availability, but maximum is two days. So far, we only need 1 day to deliver the order. Sometimes, it's the customers who want us to deliver the order at later period even though we are ready to dispatch the cookies.
Q: Self pick up or delivery?
A: We prefer our agents or customers to self pick up at our place. However, we are willing to deliver for free within Klang Valley for order of more than 5 bottles. For less than 5, we have to charge the delivery at minimal cost. We'll use courier service for orders outside Klang Valley
Q: How much is the delivery charge?
A: Till date, we have yet to charge for delivery within Klang Valley. Therefore, we haven't set the rates. For outside Klang Valley, we are using Courier Company (Poslaju, ABX, Nationwide) and are subject to rates charged by them.
Q: Why don't you set up a store?
A: Currently, we have no plan to set up a permanent store. Firstly, it is due to restricted capital. Secondly, we might not be able to maintain our price tag of rm10 if we set up one. Lastly, we don't want to shelve our stock of cookies for too long. However, we do have plans to open up a-3-day kiosk (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) at selected shopping centers every end of month. If we do, we'll notify you.
Q: How long the cookies can last?
A: Close the lid tight when not consuming. If it is done, the cookies can last up for another few months. But the long lasting issue is subjective, it is more to how long it takes for you to finish up the cookies than how long it last?
Q: Why are you selling in small packs?
A: Good things do come in small package. Besides, we will be able to sell at lower price without compromising the quality. Our L sized pack (with 50pcs inside) is also available but at limited quantity and period. But for the upcoming festive season, only L sized packs is available for order.
